Every Marquee Studio package includes a set number of revision rounds — 1 for Starter, 2 for Professional, and 3 for Executive. We don't consider a project complete until you're genuinely happy with the result within those rounds.
If after your included revisions you still feel the site doesn't reflect your story, reach out directly and we'll work with you to make it right. We stand behind our work.

We understand that circumstances change. If you need to cancel your order before submitting your intake form — meaning before any work has begun — you are eligible for a full refund.
Simply fill out our contact form within 48 hours of purchase and we'll process your refund promptly. No questions asked.
Once you've submitted your intake form and our team has begun work on your site, we are unable to issue refunds. This is because custom work — research, design, copywriting, and development — has already been performed on your behalf.
This policy exists to protect both parties. We invest significant time and expertise into every project from day one. In return, we commit to delivering exceptional work and honoring our revision guarantee in full.
The Marquee Studio Site Care Plan is a month-to-month subscription at $49/month. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees.
To cancel your Site Care Plan, simply fill out our contact form at least 5 business days before your next billing date and we'll cancel your subscription immediately. You will retain access to your hosting through the end of your current billing period.
